When I contacted eCoverBox, I was on my third attempt to find someone to design my e-book cover and website: The first potential designer had quoted exorbitantly on the book cover and had lagged so long on the website quote that I gave up; the second never acknowledged my queries, therefore failing miserably in their online promise of a 24-hour response time.
