Q. What is your average turnaround time?

A: The average turnaround time is usually 2-3 working days for the first draft. However, this may fluctuate depending on our current workload for any given time, but it should not exceed 5 working days.

 

Q. What if I need my first draft urgently?

A: If you would like your job to be treated as high priority project,i.e. draft within 48 hours guaranteed, you can jump the queue by paying a fee of $50.

 

Q. How can I provide some input on how I'd like the design to be?

A: Once you place an order and have made your payment, you will be automatically directed to an online form where you will be asked a few questions pertaining to your graphics. This is where you get the chance to tell us what you have in mind.

 

Q. Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?

A: We certainly do. Please contact us with the amount of packages you wish to purchase as well as details of each package and we will get back to you with a quote.

 

Q. How is the finished product sent?

A: Once you have approved of the design, we slice the images and send you the complete package in winzip containing your graphics.

 

Q. How can I be aware of the progress of my order?

A: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. From there on, you will receive your first draft within the next 2-3 days. Communication is via email, which is the most productive & efficient way. We are very quick at responding to emails. So just drop us a line if you have any concerns.

 

Q. Do I get to keep the original .PSD files?

A: Since .PSD files contain our trade secrets we don't give them to our clients. However if you would like the .PSD files, you can purchase them at a cost of $40.

 

Q. Do you have a refund policy?

A: After having worked on 100s of mini site grahics, none of our clients have been unsatisfied by our work. We are confident that you will not be disappointed by our skills and that is why we do not have the need for a refund policy.

 

Q. What if I am not happy with the first draft?

A: Please read our Terms below for more information.

 

Q. How and when do I make the Payment?

A: We accept payment through PayPal and other major credit cards. It is 100% secured and is very hassle free. All you need is a PayPal account or a valid credit card.

 

Q. I can't seem to find a package that suits my requirements. Can I order a custom made package?

A: You certainly can. Email us your specific requirements and we'll send you a quote for your project.

 

Q. Can I JV with you?

A: We would be keen to know about your JV ideas. Just drop us an email.

 

Q. Can you remove "Design by eCoverBox" from the footer?

A: Would Picasso remove his signature from his work? It is the same for us. However if you really want to remove our signature, you can do so by purchasing the .PSD file.

 

Terms of Service

 

1. We do not provide technical support with the software you are using. We have tested our designs and they are compatible with Butterfly Marketing Script, CMSinfusion, Motivating Marketing System and XSite Pro. If you experience problems with applying the images to one of these software, you should contact their respective help desks.

2. If you are happy with the first draft but would like some things changed/moved around, you are allowed THREE MINOR changes on that same design. Any minor changes on the same design thereafter would incur a cost which could vary between $5 and $20 depending on the nature of the changes requested.

3. Once a first draft is delivered, you are allowed ONE MAJOR change (i.e. a second new design). If a completely new design is requested after the second draft, a fee of $30 would apply.

4. Any changes after the final sliced images are sent would incur a cost of $20 per revision.

5. We do not work on designs related to the following themes: Adult, Dating, Gambling, Cigarettes and Alcohol
